Bronco Bus schedules regular weekly hours

This school year, there have been many updates to Hastings College’s Bronco Bus system. The Bronco Bus is a way for students to get free transportation to multiple locations in Hastings.

The bus runs in 30-minute intervals and rotates from one pick-up/drop-off location to the next.

The Bronco Bus is currently being driven by student campus safety workers who are 21 or older and picks students up at different locations on campus.

The Bus will take students downtown on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. The pick-up and drop-off locations on campus will be at the Bronco Village Apartments and behind the Daugherty Student Engagement Center. It will run to the intersection of West 2nd Street and North Denver Avenue, by Jimmy John’s.

On Sundays, the Bus will take students to the front doors of Walmart from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with pick-up and drop-off locations at the Bronco Village Apartments and behind the Daugherty Student Engagement Center.

On Wednesdays, the Bus will take students to the front doors of Russ’s Market between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. with pick-up and drop-off locations at the Bronco Village Apartments and behind the Daugherty Student Engagement Center.

The Bronco Bus will continue offering these pick-up and drop-off times throughout the year.
